Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueAbsolutely awful experience. Waited for an extra 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Once I was finally met, I got the worst acrylic nails I have ever gotten. I was overcharged- $80 for a set with a “design” which was just glitter. Absolutely ridiculous. Had 4 of my nails fall off within less than 2 weeks of having them on, 3 of them fell off within days after of having them done. I could not come back to get them fixed because I go to college far away, so I am finally home and I go to get some compensation, and am left with no refund and rude attitude.
