Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityApparently she doesn’t do U-part wigs but as her customer I wasn’t aware of that, they had the audacity to tell me that i had to buy a new wig after I already spent hundreds on the one I had. And I did not get my deposit back after not getting any service. Apparently she doesn’t do U-part wigs but as her customer I wasn’t aware of that, they had the audacity to tell me that i had to buy a new wig after I already spent hundreds on the one I had. And I did not get my deposit back after not getting any service. Also it’s pointless pay and book an appointment when the walk ins can come skip you .and to top it off customer service was horrible and hard to interpret.

She was in the shop speaking to her friends in Haitian creole about how she doesn’t like doing hair. She also said she doesn’t even want her daughter doing hair. She took so many breaks when she had at least 8 people waiting to get their hair. She moves slower than a snail, and has zero respect for other people’s time. Ceecee only cares about getting your money, she doesn’t care about your natural hair or your extensions. Her employees over bleached my lace and she didn’t replaced it, she is very selfish. My experience was atrocious, I got there at 3:00pm and didn’t finish until 11:00pm. Ceece was rude and unprofessional. She was in the shop speaking to her friends in Haitian creole about how she doesn’t like doing hair. She also said she doesn’t even want her daughter doing hair.
