I love the space in this salon. I used to come here as a kid when it was as called Kudzu and it is SO much cleaner and welcoming now. Connie cut my hair and talked with me and got me so relaxed. I was excited to get a haircut and thought i’d try CD hair salon. I went to Connie since she has so many great reviews. I walked out with the absolute WORST haircut i’ve ever received. There was no blending, no sections, chunks missing on the left and longgg uneven lack of cutting on the right. (asked for a cut and basic layering) when cutting there was no sections, like i said ( how do you provide an adequate cut with no sections?) and no checking each side to see if they are even ( they WERE NOT) I didn’t say anything while I was there bc 4 inches of my hair were already hacked off and I didnt want her touching my hair anymore. I had to cut 2 more inches off myself to make it look presentable. Horrible experience. I will never be back and will let everyone know. I hope they can better their techniques or reconsider what level of service they are ( or are not) providing. I left embarrassed and feeling horrible. was $46 for a cut and style no wash. spend a little more and go somewhere they will treat you better.
