I gave this place a one star because I have my nail follicules badly hurt after I went there on Saturday. Also, I sat down to do a pedicure spa and a gell powder manicure and I had very, very little left of some old color left on some of the tips of my toes and they said they will charge me $10 extra for removing it. No other place has done this before, and I don’t think in my case was a fair judgment. Anyway, at least the guy who did the pedicure did a great leg massage. Another lady gave me the mani. As for that – my folicules are still very red, have some blood marks/scars left and do hurt when I touch some things (like when I squeezed lemon on my hands yesterday). These are some picures and bear in mind – this is already 3 days after. I still tipped them and everything; at least the guy deserved it.

The place seemed nice.. but the service wasn’t. I got a gel manicure and first of all they only did 2 layers, not 3.. one being glitter. You can clearly still see my nail underneath that one. Than the girl who took care of me had an attitude and was nasty. She didn’t bother using the file on my nails and they are sharp. Also didn’t cut my cuticles at all. The process should be a comfortable 45 minutes. It was under 30 minutes I felt very rushed.

This has been my go-to salon since they opened. It is very clean and spacious with a beautiful atmosphere. They also use rewards cards for manicures. Highly recommend.

I am so disappointed in my gel manicure. She didn’t even cut my cuticles give me nice shape clean the edges absolutely nothing jt doesn’t even look like I got a mani. When I asked her to fix it she quickly just fixed one nail. Gel manicures

I really hate leaving negative reviews but this has still been lingering on my mind since I got my nails done 4 days ago. I did a SNS dip powder gel and regular pedicure. I feel like bc I didn’t want to add any additional massages or upgrade my pedicure, the woman who did it completely rushed thru it. When she started doing my nails, I repetitively asked her to shape it round/ more almond like and she just filing it as a square. When it was time to go, they weren’t closing but I guess close to closing time so the staff were cleaning up (that’s fine) but I had a feeling my pedicure wasn’t dry just yet and I wanted to dry it more and she kept saying it’s fine it’s dry. As soon as I got home, my pedicure was messed up.

I’m not sure why everyone says this place is clean.. probably one of the most unsanitary nail salons I’ve ever been to. The tools that were used on me still had the skin of the previous customers. Unfortunately the woman doing my nails didn’t speak a word of English and I could not communicate at all with her.

Excellent experience. Will be my go to nail shop. Taking off 1 star because my toe polish peeled off within 1 week. Hopefully won’t happen again. Powder gel manicure is still great after 2 weeks.

I had a 12:30pm pedi appointment with Judy, who has been taking care of me for a few months now. When I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled appointment, the front desk (who was a different lady than the one who usually is there), informed me that Judy took the day off because she was moving. I would’ve definately appreciated a phone call since I purposely booked my appointment with Judy weeks in advance and the front desk always takes down my phone. I decided to stay and try someone else for a pedi. Mia came over and took care of me. She did an extremely quick pedicure on me. Mia started my service at 12:25pm, and I was checking out at the front desk at 12:36pm. I did request no polish, but when Judy does my pedicures with no polish, she usually takes atleast a full 25 minutes for my service. I do plan on returning to see Judy again and inform her of my unhappy visit today and to definately share with the receptionist who’s usually at the desk.
