Amaaaaaaaaazing. I’ve been hurting for a while. Long story short I was kickboxing and threw a wicked left hook and immediately felt something snap in my shoulder. Fast forward to 2 months from then, this weekend, I’m in so much pain from a mild tear in my rotator cuff. I was in desperate need but had no idea how amazing it would actually be.
