One of the best experiences ever. Went because my son is getting married out of state and wanted to make sure they everything was perfect for the big day. Tony you are the best!! To the lady that did my pedicure AMAZING, almost fell asleep with all the messaging. So disappointed! Worst pedicure ever! I have enjoyed visiting CB Nails for a year, but their prices have gone up and the quality of service has gone down. This is the second time I’ve had the same “nail tech” give me a sub par pedicure. While she was very nice, her attention to detail was poor and her skill level needs a lot of work. I did not get the $50 pedicure I paid for and will probably go elsewhere.

Seriously the best manicure & pedicure I’ve had in a while! Just migrated here from up North (PA) less than a year ago. Been looking for the right nail tech down here ever since. Well, my search is officially OVER! Tony is absolutely AMAZING. I’m usually getting an overlay with gel but I wanted to preserve my real nails and still keep them as natural looking as possible so they recommended I do dip powder. I absolutely love it! The dip powder will now be my “go to”. The woman who did my pedicure & eyebrows (I promise to catch her name next time)– absolutely, AMAZING. I had the deluxe pedicure. OMG!! Lol. Walked out of there with my feet feeling as smooth as a baby’s bottom! Although the location is a little drive for me.. from where I’m at, it’s definitely worth it.

I was in great need of a knowledgeable and professional nail tech after getting back into gel and acrylic after have 4 kids. I wanted someone that would be efficient but Also give me the contemporary desires I wanted for nail art. I got them all when a friend from my gym recommended Kina! I love her and my nails are healthy and always look good. If you’re in the market, I would definitely suggest CB Nails! You’re going to fall in love; I promise.

I recently relocated from the DMV, and have been on the hunt for a good nail salon. I have been there twice, and so far, enjoyed both experiences. Cassidy was my tech for both appointments. I appreciate that despite the salon being busy, she took her time. And if I noticed somethings was off, she was gracious and fixed it. I will definitely go back.

Got a pedi and a full set. Im from DC and looking for a good spot. This is probably the 3rd salon I have tried here and this one I actually may return to. The pedi was excellent! The nails yes I’m satisfied. The design…. well um meh’ probably will stay away from the designs for now especially since it was an additional $10 for what I got. Anyway the nail tech Cassidy was good. She is friendly and trys her best to male sure you are satisfied.

I went to CB Nails on Saturday (3/26) and loved the atmosphere here. They were playing worship music and I was excited to be in such a facility that seemed to have a great ambiance of professionalism. Unfortunately my nail polish cracked the same day. I got dip powder and he put a gel overlay on top. I had a show to do that night so I couldn’t come back and then I had a funeral to help with and attend… seems I have had those back to back. In that 6 days time, 3 nails broke or cracked on the same hand. I neglected to mention that it was busy on that Saturday that I originally went, and the last part of my service with the gel overlay was rushed. I came last night at 6:25p to get them fixed, but they told me to come tomorrow (today) bc they closed at 7p. Ok. So, I came back today and they said I’d have to pay $10 to fix the nails on that one rushed hand that were having problems. It was 3 nails. He “fixed” 2 and left the other for some reason. I told them prior to my service, yes I have $10, but I don’t think I should have to pay for being rushed when the proof is in the pudding. I asked to speak to an owner or manager. Some young woman who should not be in a “leadership” position comes over and I explain to her the situation very calmly. She already had an attitude walking over for some reason. I repeated the scenario and that a customer shouldn’t have to pay for errors on the part of the tech, and pointed out that he didn’t even fix the 3rd nail..and the 2 that he did, 1 of them was already messed up. I tried to show her, but she and a few others got rude saying things like “We don’t need your money. Just go.” “You shouldn’t have come here then.” Like, really?!! I said, “This is how you allow your staff to speak to people? I am calm, not loud, with no attitude, and explaining the situation from a business owner to a “leader” and this is the treatment I receive? It is not about the $10. I tipped him $10 when I came last week. It is about the fact that there’s no accountability for the error on your part and if anyone is inconvenienced, I am inconvenienced to have to come back.” No apology. Nothing.” If you ever have a problem, just know this is the treatment you may receive here, treatment which I have NEVER experienced in my life. I am one of those people that trues to be fair. This behavior was undeserved and unprofessional.
