This was my first time trying cryotherapy. Calling and scheduling an appointment was easy. The guy explained everything to me before going into the tank so I knew what to expect. Once inside the tank, he chatted with me the entire time to help take my focus away from the severe cold. You are only in the tank for about 3 minutes and then that’s it! They have the gloves and socks/slippers for you to wear while in the tank so your hands and feet don’t wind up like Antonio Brown’s. About 5 mins after, you feel back to normal and can go on about your day. Wish I had one closer to where I lived. They also offered Rapid Reboot sleeves for my legs (because I went in there originally for a hamstring injury/soreness) to try for free. That was a nice 10 min massage immediately following the cryotherapy.

Great customer service and atmosphere. Went in today with a hip and lower back issue that I have been suffering through for the better part of 5 weeks and it occurred to me that Cryotherapy could be something that might help. I woke up with some serious lower back pain today and figured screw it I have tried everything else and drove down. Nate Prescott (one of the owners) was not only able to squeeze me in but also gave me some simple exercises to try while in the chamber. Was in there for roughly 2 minutes on what I would assume is the closest to the highest setting and when I exited the results were almost instantaneous. I can feel the cold attacking the injured area and soothing all of the inflammation. I proceeded to go start my workout and completed it with zero discomfort. Highly recommend to anyone with any kid of body discomfort! Quick, easy , and reasonably priced!!!!

My brother told me about this new Cryo location in CT. Very glad I checked this place out. Made me feel great and I plan to continue soon. Wish I lived closer but I’ll still make the trip for how great the freeze is. The gym is nice too and very clean. I recommend for anyone who plays golf or any sport really.
