So glad I found this place. Out of town working. Catskill Cryo has a true cryo booth, using liquid nitrogen. The electric booths a lot places have are like walking into a refrigerator, which does nothing for you.Her booth gets down to 197-202 below. This is where you get results. Awesome business !!

I was shocked when I noticed that Catskill Cryo only had a 4 star rating (but now see it is because one person is uncomfortable with the technology and gave a 1). I would give Catskill Cryo 10 stars out of 5 if I could. My wife and I drive 50 min each way one or two times a week. For me (a very active fitness person and triathlete) I can not even imagine not having found cryo!!!! It helps me recovery after intense exercise better than the best massage, and, even better, it loosens my body for peak performance when done 24 – 48 hrs before a race (which massage can’t do). And Sandy, the owner/operator is AMAZING! The sweetest person you would ever want to meet, who is so flexible and accommodating with my schedule. On top of all that, we LOVE to combine her full body cryo sessions with a sauna after (for recovery days :-). Then she has local cryo for sore spots and Normatec Leg compressions (which we don’t do with her because we have our own). I can’t recommend Cryo AND CATSKILL CRYO highly enough!!!!
