Had a “pedicure”. Clipped my nails, never cleaned under them or around them and used her nail to push back my cuticles! Did a sugar scrub, lotion then put polish on. Worst excuse for a pedicure I’ve ever experienced. And then it cost $32.00!!!! NEVER AGAIN! Pedicure

I went in for a French manicure and they told me after they put on the acrylic that she couldn’t because of the type she used after I told her I only got my nails done once so I was new at it and never mentioned to me if doing it the one way I could only get a solid color. Very disappointed because the color even rippled. I could have done a better job. Very surprised I even got charged the $40 they look horrible.

I had a woman today named Jenny who did my daughter’s hair… I explained that I wanted her to have an a-line/Bob cut. I showed her my hair as an example and told her I wanted it just like mine. Jenny was kind to my daughter until she started cutting her hair. My daughter is 4. 4 year olds don’t sit perfect for haircuts- I get that. But there is no reason to treat my daughter poorly because of that. Jenny was rough about redirecting my daughter’s head with her hand. She continuously looked at the clock and was very quick to finish the cut. My daughter had almost 8 inches cut off and that “wasn’t enough to donate” or so I was told. Jenny “finished cutting” my daughter’s hair. It was a blunt cut with no shape to it and not a single layer/no bob to it at all. I asked that she put the layers in as I had mentioned when I described the cut I wanted her to have. Jenny put one single layer in my daughter’s hair. This layer took 45 seconds to do. The cut was $20. For the sake of being kind, I left a tip. I am a waitress- the money I make is in tips.
