Today was my first time there! Amy was so sweet, offered water upon arrival. I showed her a picture of her previous work on Instagram that I wanted done and she made it happen! She was timely and I loved that each client has their own nail buffer box. Their service was amazing. They treated me with respect and kindness and my nails were amazing at the end. Not to mention, their prices are cheap and reasonable compared to other places like Anthony Vince Nail Spa which is where I usually go to get my nails done and they always seem to have a rush. Had a horrible experience this past Friday. Was told I was “too picky” with having my nails done by the nail tech and boy did she have an attitude. Aren’t I paying for the nail service? I can be picky on how I want my nails done!! I should have walked out then & there. She didn’t like that I could pick out a color in a minute. I wanted the same color I had two weeks earlier which was no where to be found. Ended up removing the color the next day myself cuz I hated it!! Not good customer service!!!!
