Been coming here for over a year now and cathy has been my nail lady the last two time i went in i got lots of attitude i went in one last time for a full set and pedi cathy they owner help me since i walk in the door she looked like she was in horrible mood (by the way it was empty not busy)she sat me down me so they can start my petty and for her to Start my nails at the same time which was super uncomfortable and messy as she started doing my nails. She asked me what color I wanted. I told her i wanted two colors not one i choose my two colors and she disagreed. She told me what colors to pick and I said I didn’t want those colors. I wanted two colors,and after that she gave me attitude my nails are ugly don’t like them at all look like i been having them for a weeks and it’s been 2 days never ever going back.

I received very bad service with rude attitude. Not sure which lady did my pedicure because I didn’t ask for her name but throughout the entire process she made me feel uncomfortable and out of place. At one point I asked her if she could fill in a broken nail with acrylic and she told me no multiple times. I told her that I didn’t mind paying because I just wanted my pedicure to look nice. I finally told her that if she didn’t want to do it that I wanted to request someone else to do it. She then began speaking in her language to the other ladies and after about 5 minutes she came and finished the pedicure. When she charged me and she did not forget to add an extra $5 for acrylic on the 1 toenail. I am not one to complain & I chose not to tell her anything there, but I did feel the need to leave this review because I would not want others being treated this way for a service we are paying for.

The girl that did my manicure seemed like she was in such a hurry to be done with me. She didn’t ask what shape I wanted and would be aggressive when filing the acrylic. But what really through me off was that I paid $50 for a simply fill. I wouldn’t mind paying that for nice nail techs.

This was my spot that I go to usually because it’s very close to my house .but since I’m guessing because of pandemic they don’t do the extra hot Rock massage that came with the pedicure . when I went today it felt very uncomfortable to sit down on a regular chair with a little stool for my feet and legs it made my legs hurt because I am a tall gal.but they did a good job anyhow on my toes even though they had to do it like that. hope they can find a better way for are legs and feet to feel comfortable.
