Critical: QualityI’ve gotten a pedicure here before and it was good. Went to get my manicure before a trip.. and was very disappointed; she just got straight to work without cleaning my cuticles or filing to make them similar shape/size. I had to ask her if she would file and she responded that “they short” which shouldn’t matter. I’ve gotten a pedicure here before and it was good. Went to get my manicure before a trip.. and was very disappointed; she just got straight to work without cleaning my cuticles or filing to make them similar shape/size. I had to ask her if she would file and she responded that “they short” which shouldn’t matter. Coming home I notice how bad the work was, had glue all on my fingers and paint.. just horrible

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThe first time I went they were closing, however the owner took me in and gave me a quick Mani/Pedi BC I had explained that I had a wedding to go to i NY city the very next day. Cathy could tell that I was upset and frantic and took good care of me. And since she couldn’t give me the full service due to time constraints (the business was now closed), she did them for FREE!! The BEST customer service anyone could ask for!!! If course I tipped her for the cost of the service… but that’s besides the point I bring my friends there, I get other services done there. They Will Always have my support and my business. They are so kind and wonderful over there and they take pride in their work. They have a client for life plus 3 and then some, as I continue to spread the word about them. If ur questioning about going. .. Don’t think, just go. The first time I went they were closing, however the owner took me in and gave me a quick Mani/Pedi BC I had explained that I had a wedding to go to i NY city the very next day. Cathy could tell that I was upset and frantic and took good care of me. And since she couldn’t give me the full service due to time constraints (the business was now closed), she did them for FREE!! When she called me to give the payment info, a woman, we assume the owner was screaming loudly at her. She refused to speak to me and continued screaming at my daughter causing her to cry. Horrible feeling for a mother to hear 3 hours away. My daughter went for a mani pedi and prior to getting the service asked if I could call in and pay using my credit card. She was told yes. When she called me to give the payment info, a woman, we assume the owner was screaming loudly at her. She refused to speak to me and continued screaming at my daughter causing her to cry. My nails are chunky and it does not look like coffin shape at all. There is air bubbles in my nail polish and one is crooked and the other is shorter than the remaining of my nails. I am extremely disappointed, i’ve paid $40 for a fill in not including tip and the guy did a horrible job. My nails are chunky and it does not look like coffin shape at all. There is air bubbles in my nail polish and one is crooked and the other is shorter than the remaining of my nails. Save your money and time and don’t visit this place I am so very disappointed.
