I’d I could give them zero starts I would! I stopped coming here 5 years ago because the service was always mediocre and the staff doesn’t listen to you. Came here because of an emergency and needed my nails done ASAP and thought because of the renovation they would be a little better. As per usual, extremely dissatisfied! Never have I had a pedicure that doesn’t look smooth, and the service was super rushed. I needed a fill in, he didn’t listen to the type of nude I wanted and was rude about it so I decided to just choose white. On top of that he gets up in the middle of my service to assist a lady who just walked in to start removing her gel. No communication with me or anything. If he would’ve communicated, there would’ve been no problem, I’m very understanding. Realizing when I get home, my feet aren’t smooth, my nails on both hands and feet have lumps and the finish with the polish isn’t even. For the prices they charge I should have no complaints. The need to renovate their attitudes and service. NEVER would I be coming back even if it’s my last option. They’re lucky I even gave them some type of tip.

I have been going here for years!! I love the convenience; such as parking, comfort and customer service. I honestly disagree with most of these comments. I mean every salon you go too or any service you receive you should tip. It’s necessary!! Cathy has upgraded the space and it’s great. More room! I have always been greeted warmly and leave with my service well done!! If I dislike something I mention it and it’s taken care of no problem. I have seen many familiar faces and frequent customers since going there and it tell me something must be right or else she wouldn’t have business!!

I have recently started coming here as a regular and although their prices were high I was okay because it was quality work. Today I got a pedicure for the first time and it’s horrible. Not to mention the owner was trying to charge me 5$ for a take off acrylic when all she did was file it down why am I being charged when she sat down for 2 seconds and filed it. Did not remove it like i requested. Anyways, she was so rude that I am too disgusted to ever return. Needs to work on customer service. Especially to those who return and tip heavily.

I went for a pedicure and massage. I had a special pedicure called Cathy’s special. I will never have a pedicure anywhere else. My feet were so soft. I also had a 30 minute back massage. Poor customer satisfaction as customers argued with the staff and staff loudly argued with customers. Very chaotic place. One customer walked out due to mismatched nails installed, and the owner walked out to confront her in the parking lot even though she had brought ot to their attention several times over.

I have been here twice , my mother and sister as well, and we don’t plan on returning nor recommending. They rush through your services. This is the only salon that I had a pedicure complete within ten minutes. They rush you outta the chair.
