The gel manicure and pedi were absolutely horrible, I expected it to have come out at least passable since it was only my natural nails. But they didn’t even get that right. If I was wearing my contacts at the time they would’ve gotten an earful. It also shows a lack of pride in their business if they’re not going to put any actual effort into their art.

Customer service was obsolete. Horrible experience being a late resident and putting money back into the community. Barely clean my nails out just getting a refill and a fix. Barely offered me lotion. Came with excuses about why there’s lotion at every station and you can put lotion on yourself. No washcloth warm hand treatments all for a mere $30. Don’t live up to a horrible name of chester! Quality over quantity!Why do you guys have lotions at stations because that’s a part of the services of getting a manicure? And when wanting to speak to someone of higher power of course the last initiation was I will not be spending my money here again you’re in our town. And you’re living off of our dollar China do better……#chester PA never again I’ll stick to eddystone of Brookhaven quality over quantity

I use to love this place but went for my birthday and the following week my nails popped off completely. I will only be going back for eyebrows because I love how she does them but will be returning to my other nail tech for nails. Very disappointed in the quality of my nails.

First a lady jumped n front of me. After me telling the lady I was there first. 2nd my nail chipped the next day. N 3rd she cut my big toe sideways.
