Got my hair and make up done at Cathy D’s today and this place and all the professionals here were amazing. Joanna the make up artist was phenomenal. She took the time to hear my about my skin and it’s complexity and then help me get the perfect look. She is as patient and confident with her work style and overall she did a fantastic job. All the people who do the hair were great. It was me and my sister and 2 nieces so each one got a different person and everyone was excellent. Highly highly recommend this place.

I was misled by Allison. I had asked Allison to use the balayage technique to apply color in my hair. Not only she mislead me making believe it was balayage technique (it means applying color without aluminum paper); she missed to apply the toner in a couple of strands. That was why it was very light only in that section. I had tried to reach out to her and left vm’s with the receptionist and also left a vm to Cathy. None of them return my calls until today. I had go to some place else to fix the color. Very disappointed!

Allison did my hair for my wedding and it was PERFECT. She did it early in the morning and it lasted until I took it out at midnight with no issues. She is so amazing and I highly recommend her for bridal updos. The salon itself is a relaxing, clean environment, and everyone is so kind and polite. I will absolutely be recommending this place to anyone looking for bridal hair (or anything hair related!)
