Critical: QualityFirst they asked me to come in 30 minutes earlier, which I did and then I sat there for 20 minutes waiting. When I left the salon and my hair was styled i thought it was fine but now that I’ve washed it I can see how it actually looks. I asked for layers and got a blunt cut. I had curtain bangs that had grown out and asked for her to cut them to my cheek bones and she left them the same length. She also cut my hair shorter than i had asked for. This isn’t even close to what I asked for. She had me turned around so that i couldn’t see what she was doing in the mirror. If i had seen i would have said something then but i didn’t see my hair until it was already curled. She seemed like she was in such a rush for some reason. I explained everything very clearly but obviously she just couldn’t comprehend what I wanted. I’ve never had worse haircut in my life. First they asked me to come in 30 minutes earlier, which I did and then I sat there for 20 minutes waiting. When I left the salon and my hair was styled i thought it was fine but now that I’ve washed it I can see how it actually looks. I asked for layers and got a blunt cut. I had an event that I wanted my hair colored/cut for and the owner, Sabrina P, was able to fit me in last minute and stayed late just for me. My hair turned out beautiful and I have not considered going to another salon since. My natural hair is dark brown, but Sabrina maintains a beautiful, artfully highlighted icy blonde for me. I have an edgy, angled bob that is always perfectly symmetrical and shaped. Whenever I want to change things up, Sabrina combines her creativity and eye for design with new color/cut techniques. My hair is strong and healthy and I always leave the salon absolutely delighted. My mom and sister have also been devout HM Hair Studio customers since 2015. I referred several of my friends to the salon and they have had great experiences as well. I get compliments on my hair all the time, and have been asked the name of the salon by many strangers, coworkers, and friends throughout the years. All of the stylists at HM Hair Studio are immensely talented, creative and kind. Coming to the studio is like a mini-vacation for me; the entire experience is extremely luxurious and indulgent. I have been going to HM Hair Studio every six weeks since Fall 2015. I heard about this studio through a friend who had a great experience. I had an event that I wanted my hair colored/cut for and the owner, Sabrina P, was able to fit me in last minute and stayed late just for me. My hair turned out beautiful and I have not considered going to another salon since. My natural hair is dark brown, but Sabrina maintains a beautiful, artfully highlighted icy blonde for me. She’s always super professional, puts her clients first and does an amazing job! I wouldn’t go to anyone else! The salon is so cute and has been a place I have felt safe to go throughout their reopening during the pandemic!

She was able to work her magic and get me back to an ashy blonde. She listens, is patient – especially given how long it takes to color and style my thick hair – and always does a fantastic job. I have known the owner Sabrina Pierone for a very long time and not only is she the nicest person but she is also the most genuine. She will work with you to achieve the style you want and the end result is nothing but amazing. Myself as well as my mom have been getting our hair cut by her for years and it always comes out great! So i had Liz do my hair yesterday and i haven’t had a haircut in like two years bc i’m never happy with how it turns out. my mom told me not to go because it was my birthday and if i hated it it would ruin my day. let me tell you this is the BEST HAIRCUT IVE EVER RECEIVED IN MY LIFE. I will never go anywhere else 10/10 would rec to a friend. she gave me exactly what i wanted even though i was super vague in my description and i super happy.

I normally see Sabrina Sponable, but since she was unavailable I booked with Amanda for hair instead, and chose to book a haircut before my wedding as well to meet Amanda before my hair trial. Amanda was immediately welcoming and friendly, and did a great job with my haircut and hair trial, working hard to get things just the way I wanted. The day of my wedding, Amanda and Linda traveled to the hotel and did a phenomenal job with all five women in my party, and were so accommodating and complimentary the entire time. Everyone looked wonderful, and the looks lasted all night. I normally see Sabrina Sponable, but since she was unavailable I booked with Amanda for hair instead, and chose to book a haircut before my wedding as well to meet Amanda before my hair trial.
