Have been a client for well over 10 years. Had appointment set weeks in advance only to be contacted one business day prior stating it was being cancelled. Reason given was my stylist had a change in schedule and I was referred to another salon and thanked for my business. It wasn’t even my stylist who called. It was the receptionist. Spoke to owner who did not refer me within her salon stating “sorry for the short notice. Good luck to you.” Now waiting 4 weeks to get in to a new salon. They could have at least followed through with my appointment as my stylist was in the salon all day!
