One of the worst haircuts I have ever gotten! If I could have given a lower score I would have. This was my first time going to this place. Jessica looked at my picture briefly once and said that she didn’t need the picture, (which was clearly wrong). My hair starting out was almost down to my shoulders (maybe an inch away from touching them). I only wanted about two inches taken off for the shotest part of the haircut. I am left with one inch left in the entire back half of my head, huge chuncks in the front and huge gaps between the top and bottom “layers”! She even blowed dried hair that she cut off into my purse, laughed and just said “oops”. I will Never go back there for a haircut!

Never go to this place I went in for a trim and simple layer Jessica the lady cut 6 plus inches off and layered above my ears. I even asked her what she was doing I told her it was supposed to be layered no higher than my chin and she kept going. Just terrible I’m in tears I hate my hair me nor my family will ever go back! Very upset!!!

Popped in for a hair cut just to see if there was time to get me in. The first lady was very nice and informed me that no time was available. From the back of the room came a smug shout not unless it on the list. I guess walk ins welcome on the sign is not true. Not going back and will not recommend them
