First time being here and let me tell you! 10/10 Definitely Recommend! Thane is the best barber I’ve had, super energetic! Hella cool! Down to earth kinda guy! If I could do 10 stars I would!! Super nice! Great conversation maker made the haircut go by fast! But man the quality is out of this world, I love this place will be coming back!

I have been going to Thane since I was 13 years old so 15 years now and he had never disappointed. The prices alone are extremely reasonable and I have never found anyone to even come close to how good he is when I’ve moved out of state in the past. Highly recommend. I refer any and everybody to him and always will.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityCame in early to schedule an appointment today, asked if he was available to cut my hair he says 2 pm I can do it. Came in at 2 and the guys not there. Very unprofessional. Lack of customer service. Glad I didn’t get my haircut by someone that can’t even show up to their appointments. Won’t be coming back

We stopped by to find a new barber for my teen son, we live up the hill less than 5 minutes away. There wasn’t availability that day, not a problem and made an appointment for the following Friday 9/29 at 5pm. My son thought Thane seemed cool liked his Nirvana shirt and said he’d be a cool barber he could trust to do his hair. ( He’s had some bad experiences) We arrived at 4:53 shop closes at 6 according to Google and Facebook. No one was there, closed and no call or note to inform us they cancelled our appointment. After 5 min I called left a message we waited until 5:15, no one showed up. I called a few more times then left. Never received a return call on Saturday either. (Web and FB say they’re open then too) not only has business been lost by my son, but my fiancee, mother, father, brother and his two boys who all live in Milton. Even my sister and her teen kids who live in the valley. Very disappointed in how we were treated and the poor customer service practices by this shop.

Nice quaint salon. Maile is very nice and knowledgeable. Thane does a great job as well. My only complaint is that it is very hard to schedule an appointment since they rarely answer the phone. Totally worth it though!
