Overall this tanning salon is okay. Crystal is AMAZING as well as the other girls that work the desk. The salon hours are very limited and have gotten even more limited. They are closed Sundays and close at 1 on Saturdays. They used to be open until 3 Saturdays and open Sundays. However, the prices remain the same. They also close for every. Single. Holiday. Presidents’ Day, Veterans Day, Columbus Day etc. I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re closed on Pi Day. If you work a regular job M-F I would reconsider going somewhere that has better hours. The bed I have been going in also hasn’t had new bulbs since they got the bed- I definitely don’t get as tan as I used to.

Tanning beds are really nice. I bought a package several months ago and it came with a free week that didn’t expire. Went in to use the free week and it wasn’t in the system anymore. Without notification they deleted my free week because I didn’t go within 6 months. At least let your customers know.of changes …

I had put a review up earlier, but after reading a few of the other reviews I must say that the same thing happened to me..I would like to confirm one of the reviews about somebody getting ripped off of their tanning package. I had spent well over $100 and they deleted my package from the computer as well. It’s unbelievable when you see other people having the same Horrible experiences that I had. This company should not be allowed a business license. The owner Will treat you horribly, then try to get your review removed from the website. Very dishonest and shady.

A big nope for this place.bought a pack of three tanning sessions which they said would be in their computer records but somehow they deleted the information before the third one was used. I do not recommend this place as this was false advertising or more accurately, the accepted the money but did not deliver the service.

Have been going years, but the last time i bought a package for a base tan (a few visits), when i came back I was told it expired before the month ended. Do not like to feel ripped off. It was well over $100.00.
