I haven’t done much self care lately cuz I’m an exhausted mom. I saw the owner, Catalina. I told her, “I just dont want to look like mom for a little bit. I wanna be me.” She took amazing care of me. The hair wash was amazing and the definition of TLC. She did the exact haircut I wanted and gave me a pampered experience. She even helped remove damage from my hair. The cut was perfect, the blowout she did was perfect. the salon was very simple clean and elegant. Very well kept space and beautiful. And the price cant be beat. I will definitely be coming back here. great customer service and work! Thank you Catalina for bringing me back to me!

I went in to have carol attempt to remove bright pink and purple from my hair. I wanted to go back to blonde and she did 1 removal treatment and my hair was blotchy blonde and purple. So id said if it didnt work i wanted burgandy to cover the purple to have a normal color again. So what she ended up doing was for some reason giving me brown roots, and putting back bright purple hair and as i asked questions on why it was looking the way it was she continued to assure me and sent me home with sopping wet hair to darken it so she could leave and go home with out me really noticing too much. There was still blonde bleeding throug, the end result was attrocious. Ive never cried so hard and been so embarrassed. When my husband called them the next day to ask why she did that to me she lied and said she attempted numerous times to remove it and had the audacity to say shed remove what she did for more money!! Completely unprofessional and will lie and refuse to refund you even if they made the mistake. Do yourself a favor and dont make the same mistake of going to a hole in the wall hair place. The extra money is worth your self esteem for a better more knowledgeable hair dresser. I also posted a review abt this right after it happened and it seems it disappeared. So i will continue to repost this story each time i see it removed.
