The nail tech rushed to finish my manicure. She did not fill the nail bed completely with polish so I asked her to fix it. She added another coat, but in the end, she still did not completely fill the nail bed. If she were to add another coat, it would make the nail look lumpy. There is not a single finger on my hands that looked good. The brush strokes are very visible. So disappointed. What a waste of money.

Worst experience ever. Wouldn’t recommend this establishment to anyone. Rude employees from the time you check in until you’re finished. Politely asked questions of employees who in turn totally ignored us and spoke with their fellow coworkers in a different language making it clear they wanted nothing to do with us. I had to argue with the man doing my manicure that the color of my toes wasn’t the same color of my fingernails. I had to prove myself before any action was taken..

I got my nails done almost two weeks ago (no chip) they still look the same except that they’re growing out! She did a fantastic job! Total came to $45! I’m very impressed and can’t wait to go back this week to get them done again!

Horrible!! It took 11am to 2pm having dip on my nails,the guy was ready to put top coat, when I asked ,if he was done..my nails looked lumpy ,not shaped, like gum, wrong color than what I picked, I tried communicating with him but he would not respond. He also messed up on a nail because it didn’t have dip with powder on one side,he cut me.. terrible I needed to leave, they charge me $40, the guy said he was giving me a discount..!! Not a good place, never again!

Walked in to get my daughters acrylic nails removed. They were able to see us right away but the nail tech we had was very unfriendly. I wanted to leave my daughter there and run an errand while they were removing her nails but she was too u comfortable due to the vibe we were getting. I stayed and they did an ok job but the lack of personality was the only thing That stuck out

I had gotten a regular manicure and pedicure and as the nail tech was smoothing out my calluses he had buffed them down to the skin and it was painful, especially on my toe where I now have a scrape/burn. I have a work event this weekend and have to wear heels and have no idea how I’m going to pull through. My manicure has also already chipped and I got it done yesterday.

I’ve Been to this nail salon multiple times before yesterday. I walked in and asked how long is the wait for a spa pedicure… I was seated immediately and after that my whole entire pedicure was rushed. During the pedicure, I had to tell her things she skipped or forgot while doing the pedicure and it seems she only added the things because, I kept telling her oh you forgot to do this or aren’t you going to use the towels. She cut my cuticles on both of my big towels to the point they sting in the shower… My first 3 experiences were lovely that’s why I came back a 4th time but, never again. And, they went up on the prices and have the nerve to do sloppy and lazy work now! Not returning and will not recommend to anyone in the future
