I made an appointment to get a haircut and wanted a beard trim as well. Booked with Bobby. He texted me the next morning and said he can only take cash. I texted back – no problem and inquired on the beard trim. He then said he doesn’t do beards – and asked if I wanted to cancel. So, I said yes – let’s go ahead and cancel. He then absolutely went off on me. That I will have a balance there and that this is not the shop for me! I explained I was looking for a shop that can do both and that he was the one that suggested I can cancel in the first place and let’s not get all negative – he responded he’s out the money not me. I totally get that – but when he suggested that I can cancel because they couldn’t perform a service I needed, and then became so angry, it made me really glad that I didn’t use this place. I was going to get my haircut anyway before he suggested I could cancel – but will never contact this place again.

I use them a lot which is why I’m not using a one star option. I’ve gotten some pretty good haircuts here before! Staff is a pretty cool team. I really enjoyed watching Derek cut my brothers hair a while ago. Derek was very careful and precise with his process. Some may complain about the time it takes but it’s totally worth it, especially since he’s a new barber. The kid really liked the cut he got. He’s going to be a very talented barber for sure and I recommend using him and giving him the credit he deserves.
