Critical: Quality, ValueWhat a joke, my mom went on Sunday 9/26/21 and they did a horrible job, as you can see in the photos. She went back Monday 9/27/21 and the supervisor asked who did her nails, but my mom didn’t mention any names because it didn’t matter, she spent $47 ***plus tip*** and they didn’t even do her cuticles, NOTHING. THIS is the end result FROM THE SUPERVISOR who i guess tried to make it right when she went back Monday. They did NOTHING except repaint the nails. Everything else is what the last person did. I guess they don’t think people will leave reviews that can hurt their business, because you’d think they’d care enough to do it right the SECOND time, when given a chance, but no. That’s a lot of money for a paint job she could have done at home herself. They didn’t even do her heels, clearly didn’t do her nails… won’t be back. Read the reviews yall, we ain’t the only ones with a failed pedicure. You’ve been warned. What a joke, my mom went on Sunday 9/26/21 and they did a horrible job, as you can see in the photos. went in to get my nails taken off and get new acrylics put on. i sat there for over an hour before anyone came up to me. after that hour they started to soak off my nails and left me for 30 minutes. no one came up to me to take them off after that. a guy came up to me about to file them off and then walked off and never came back. i sat there and had to pick off my own nails. i would never recommend anyone going here.

This Is the worst Nail Salon I’ve ever came to. I came in for a pedicure and a full set, they told me there is a 15 minutes wait, but It Actually took more than 45 minutes for them to sit me down on a pedicure chair. 15 minutes, after that an older lady came and started working on my pedicure. The pedicure I picked was 55$ and the massage only last for few minutes, she didnt even do the massage, just simply apply scrub, cream on and wash my leg. She trimmed my nails too short and didn’t clean up my cuticle. The paint job is horrible, the color went all over my cuticle and it look dull.

Worst nail salon with the highest price in the city. Horrible customer and nail service, and upsell their prices. The spa is crowded (super crowd), I couldn’t even breath. The tools they used alwere old and rusty. When I sat down on the pedi chair, I could feel the old nasty scrub from their previous customer stuck on my leg. This place look nice when you first step inside but It’s extremely unsanatized. My Nails lifted up in few days and the shellac polish on my toe got chip off the next day. I would give this place -5 Star if I was able to.

We had an appt at 3:30. We got there about 3:15. A guy finally started my daughter’s about 4:14 and kept leaving her to go to other people. I walked out about 4:45 w/o the pedicure and a smile. Good luck..

Message and spa treatment of the pedi was good but I asked them not to cut my nails- they were already short. And they pull out cuticle cutters and do just that. Not to mention the file board run across the front do it slices the delicate skin right open! Wanted French top but made her stop, it looked awful and hurt. Told the manager. Probably won’t ever get a pedi again. This seems to happen too often. If there’s skin attached, don’t freakin cut it! 47$ for this…

I just recently moved out here and a friend referred me. I love the atmosphere and the people seem friendly. I tried dip nails ($40) for the first time and I’m not totally against it. Some of my nails seem a little wide but I enjoyed the people, the service and the atmosphere so much that I’m willing to give them another try. I got a deluxe pedicure which was $35 so the prices aren’t too bad either

The lady doing my toes was unprofessional and rude, she consistently made rude comments and the massage was worse. I paid $136 for mine and my friends pedicure and I didn’t enjoy any of it. The manager was super nice and assured me she was going to talk to the women and gave me a $20 gift card. However I paid $136 so not the best but at least she made an attempt to fix the issue.
