Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI had the worst nail experience ever at this establishment. The technician who did my pedicure was very sloppy and he watered down the nail color so much that it didn’t even look like the same color. When I asked him to do another coat he ignored me and pretend to not hear what I said because he had his headphones in. He and another technician had a poor attitude so I tried to explain I no longer wanted a manicure – I explained several times that I felt like my nails were too short and if they filed them or worked on them at all it would be very painful and I asked many times to get out of the nail appointment but she would not allow it. I finally just let them do the nails and the technician was very insulting the entire time explaining that my nails were too short and asking if I had ever had a manicure before because my nails were so bad. (Which I reminded her I tried to get out of the manicure but she was insistent.) she then passed me off to another technician who did a terrible job and cut me several times with no remorse. It was very VERY expensive – and as you can see by the photos they didn’t take their time and were sloppy and injured me several times. I had the worst nail experience ever at this establishment. The technician who did my pedicure was very sloppy and he watered down the nail color so much that it didn’t even look like the same color. When I asked him to do another coat he ignored me and pretend to not hear what I said because he had his headphones in.
