I would give this place zero stars if I could. Never in my life have I ever smelt a nail salon that smelled so bad. Smelt like cat p*ss and dirty p****! Then the lady at the front desk absolutely humiliated me because my friend booked out wedding party to get our nails done and because she didn’t specifically say what I wanted for a manicure she continued to yell in-front of every guest there “who booked this” then I try to accommodate with her and she gave me a attitude telling me “I can sit and wait over there”. Even though I was already booked and shouldn’t of had to wait. Poor management and bad customer service. Will never go back or recommend.

I’ve been coming here for a while and I have not had a problem, and the one time I did I came back and they redid my manicure for free and that was the sweetest. The staff is amazing and they’re super great there! I added a photo of mu latest mani which looks amazing on my natural nails!

I called to make an appointment meant for a gel fill for me and a pedicure for my mom. I called 3 hours before the appointment. We get there. I am seated 10 minutes late just to be told they don’t do gel. I have no other time to get my nails fon before an event I have. Then when I went to pay for my mom their card thing wasn’t working. She asked how much to tip which wasn’t right to assume considering it wasn’t made clear they don’t do gel, and my like foot was cut up a bit and was bleeding. Wish I got what the other good reviews had

My hubby and I get services from Michael the owner and his staff. Sandy his wife and other owner is also terrific. Michael is my mani/pro guy. He is brilliantly talented, precise and so accommodating. Have been going there for years. They are the best in NH.

I only got a pedicure and a gel manicure with no design and no acrylic and it was 96 dollars with the minimum amount I could tip!! My nails are okay but not worth 96 dollars. Absolutely insane!! Gel manicures, Pedicure
