Looking at the customer reviews on this, I decided to visit to experience the service that the salon offers. When I arrived, I was greeted with a friendly smile of the owner, immediately I was taken care of by the nail technician for me, the space here is clean and relaxing. I was offered a free delicious drink, the steps they made were quick and beautiful, I will come back if I have a chance.

This salon is by far the best I’ve ever been to. The prices are great, and the quality of the services is way above other salons that I’ve visited. I’ve never had issues with chipping or the gel polish not lasting long enough. And all of the employees are so nice!

Made an appointment for 10a today for a pedicure and powered dip. Sat for 30 minutes. Another lady came in for a 10:30a appt and was taken right back as I I was still waiting. Didn’t get my pedicure – which was a bummer. Happy with my nails, but time management and customer service seems to be an issue. On the next salon! I am new to the area and trying to find a great place that honors appointments.

Loved my nails, got beautiful French tips with some accent jewels. Linda did a wonderful job and was very kind and gentle. She also waxed my moms eyebrows and they were exactly what she wanted.

First time at Castle Nails. Pretty average pedicure. Paid for the callous treatment, but upon getting home I found my heels as cracked and rough as they were going in. Not bad, my toe nails look nice, but the lack of attention the my heels was disappointing. Might give them one more shot because most reviews are positive.

If there was less than 1 I would have done that. I have been here several times and my last visit is going to be my last. The continual problems for me are that the staff are rude and act as if they are doing you a favor, the pedicure I received was nothing more than a soaking and a polish (could have been the person doing it though) but the most frustrating is when an appointment is made (which I have don every time) I still end up waiting at least 15 – 20 minutes and then when I ask I am told another 10 – 15 minutes. I have now waited over a half hour for my “appointment” and there is no apology, explanation, etc. Maybe they just don’t need the business but I have given them my last chance.
