My only nail shop that I go to! My favorite people. You get the luxury of having wine/beer while they provide service for you. Bebe did my nails this time. She did amazing with my nails and feet. The pedicure was EVERYTHING!!! She got my in grown to nails and I was so relieved. Just straight awesome. Erica is the front desk receptionist and she’s amazing with a great personality. Hanna is great with nails and so is Natalie with nails and designs!!

I was looking for a new nail salon in the area, and I’m glad I chose this one. The amenities are amazing. It’s very clean, marble throughout, water features with a fully stocked wine, beer, and coffee bar any time of the day. I’ve had many nail techs in the year I’ve been going, but Natalie does an amazing job on my nails and I get compliments literally every single set. I just show her a picture, and she executes, and loved a challenge. They also have someone new named Deja who shapes a nail/toe like none other!! She’s a perfectionist and I’m sooo thankful she’s here. They know me by name, and I enjoy my biweekly’s visits.

My new go to nail salon! I decided to get my nails done for vacation and saw this place online and tried it out. Drove 40 minutes from where I live and it was worth it! The nail techs I had were so nice and sweet! And the manager was so attentive and nice he runs a great business! My nails came out perfect, they’re exactly what I wanted. Definitely an 11/10 experience. Oh and the music!! It gives Bridgerton vibes!! Bringing my friends and family next time. Thank you SO MUCH Castle Nail Bar!!

I came here two times, first time being a decent experience and second time being horrible. I realized when I got my regular white polish on my toes it turned purple overtime? I thought they made a simple mistake. I came here a second time, same color-white, both mani/pedi. David did my manicure, making them super short probably the ugliest shape I had ever seen. After a few days my toenails once again turned purple. It’s a mix between purple and white, it looks absolutely horrible. I never asked for transitioning colors, I only wanted white. Not sure if they mixed colors to save $ or what the case is there. On top of this annoyance, upon checkout I paid $77 with tip and in addition they took $8 I had on my Apple Card by accident leaving them an $18 tip. I was very over the whole situation and just told him it’s fine and to just keep it. After waiting a full hour nobody wants to waste their time explaining how horrible they did. As I was walking out he screamed at me saying NO come back you didn’t pay! I had checked my card history and saw the payment went through (this was all in front of other customers) I had explained how I definitely was charged. He put his hand up to my face very rudely and interrupted me saying NO you DIDN’T PAY. DO IT AGAIN. After forcing me to pay THREE times, and charging me EVERY TIME, he got a manger on the phone and started to realize it was their fault. The guy on the phone said it would be taken care of and I would be refunded. I called the next day after noticing all the payments have been posted and he did take care of it as promised. The owner or manger I spoke to over the phone was very polite but David was not professional at all. Not fun to deal with while being 4 months pregnant. Last time I’m ever going back. (Unfortunately I had a planned vacation the very next day, so nothing could be fixed)

Went here to get my SNS removed and to get a manicure, the guy who did my nails was super harsh with the electronic nail drill, I kept on telling him that it’s hurting but he kept on going on, nails were not even filed in proper shape, I told the lady that my nails were never this brittle, she said its because I should have gotten another SNS, what if I want to give my nails some time to breath ? Anywho, it’s not fair to pay and get yourself hurt, they could have gotten little careful while doing my nails.

Gave me a painful cut during pedicure on my toe and poured alcohol over it to cover it. Then, when i told the receptionist about the pain and the cut she just spoke in her own language with the tech and decided to give me a 5% for the discomfort that followed for 5 days after the pedicure. Why do they keep cutting you if you already told them it’s uncomfortable while they are doing the service? It doesn’t make sense. Not a good service!
