This was my first time receiving service at castle nails. I went in for a pedicure and tips removal and they charge me a arm and leg. Firstly they tried to upsell me the most expensive pedicure they offer and I refused. I went for the inexpensive pedicure but it’s a upsell from the regular pedicure. They gave me service I didn’t asked for such as a manicure, endless messages without informing me of the additional charge. Let me say this was the most pricey pedicure and tip removal I ever received.

Worst one! This was the nearest one so I thought of visiting this, this time was my second visit cause of a quick plan. I regret! Both manicure and pedicure was horrible. They bring you the most expensive product first and don’t do the procedure according to the cost. Staff are so cunning just to get their tip

Great customer service… I was greeted as soon as I walked in and the staff was very friendly. I got a french manicure with dip powder. Great protection for my natural nails, not too thick but strong. Very happy with the way they turned out.

1st time here and I had a fantastic experience. Everyone greeted me when I came in. My needs were addressed instantly. And Sarah is a real artist. This was my first time doing SNS powder and its amazing. Love how it turned out. I was given such a fantastic massage that I could have fell asleep. All in all great experience

I’ll be honest It wasn’t that great not awful just not great. The person doing my nails shaped them nicely though but the reason for the 3 stars is because I showed them a picture of a design I wanted hoping they could do it, but seeing the finished product I wasn’t to pleased with it. Listen if you can’t do a design don’t agree to do it if you cant I’ll understand won’t make a fuss. Just eh experience

It’s like walking into the bar at cheers- everyone knows your name and they are always glad you came . The place is well kept, they may try to upsell you on a treatment but aren’t pushy and always do a good job. I usually get powder manicures and regular pedicures. Great selection of colors. Just got an acrylic set done and happy with that. The woman put alot of effort into her work.

They do good nails and pedicures but have the nerve to confront you about a tip if I’m not happy with the service I am not obligated to TIP I just felt like you should of gave me the chance if I wanted too a little racist if you ask me but they usually provide good service I just stopped going because I don’t like being confronted about a tip I payed for my feet but I was not comfortable and got cheated out of my massage
