Love this place. Amy is the best she has been doing my nails for along time and she is a perfectionist and that’s exactly what you want when you get your nails done! She always listens to what I want and asks throughout her doing my nails if I’m okay and if everything is looking good. I thought they took Apple Pay today and they didn’t and the manager/front desk man was so kind and told me it’s ok that I could go and run back or even call to put my card number to pay for my nails BUT I have been going there for AWHILE so that was very nice and So kind of him. Very attentive clean nail place. Thank you guys so much.

I have been going to this place for over 2 years now. It’s the only place I go to do my nails. Amy is incredible! Her work is always outstanding. Before Amy, i went to so many many many different places to find my nail place. Everywhere I went, I always ended up disappointed. Either my nails were uneven, or bumpy, or painted unevenly, or I got cut! It was just disaster everytime until I found Amy. She always makes sure my nail shapes are to my liking. Every nail is the same size. I just love love how she works. I am a designer so I am very particular and meticulous about colors and design and shapes. She nailed all my checklists everytime. I also used her service for my wedding nails. EVERYBODY loves how she did my nails! She is a true artist. I would recommend her to anyone who LOVES perfection and meticulous about their nails. This place is great! The vibe is so homey. Super clean and always smells so good.

Came here for over 2 years and would tip no less than 20% each time. One day after bringing a friend with me who spoke Vietnamese, she said something friendly to my nail tech in Vietnamese. She asked her how long she had been in the states and where from Vietnam she was from. Normal stuff that immigrants ask each other. She seemed frazzled by the fact that my friend made conversation with her in Vietnamese. Immediately after my nails were done, I was told that I could no longer have my nails done here because I get them done too long and they can’t force the technician, “Amy”, to do my nails. It was the weirdest thing I have ever experienced. I don’t know how to explain it. It’s none of my business, but don’t use the excuse that my nails are too long as a cop out. Isn’t it the whole point of coming to a nail salon to get your desired look? What nail salon complains about nails being too long?

Worst experience ever. The nail tech was rough and cut three of my fingers by abrasion and cut with cuticle scissors which caused bleeding. Then she brushed over the clear coat before it dried which caused nails to have to be redone. Pedicure tech got oil on both legs if my crop pants! Would not recommend. The manager did not charge for the manicure, but was unwilling to make it right on my crop pants. Certainly will not be back!!!

Nhi did a great job!Although after a week and a half, I broke 2 nails and 3 others were cracked. I don’t do any “hard labor” I type a lot if anything. I’d say the nails were too thin and that’s why they cracked so easily. Very unorganized salon. My experience here has been very awful. They need a system for appts, it’s always unknown with these people. Tiffany claimed to have called me to cancel my lash appt and I called in to confirm that same morning. Tiffany, specifically has always been rude, she rushes through my appts and walks in and out, while talking on the phone with her earphones. Very unprofessional. I have a very busy schedule and I always schedule my appointments ahead, this place does not care and lies to their customers. I come in the shop for my APPT and they just tell me they’re busy and there’s nothing they can do. No client care. Poor service. That’s exactly why I made an appointment, to secure my spot.

So happy I found a new 5-star nail salon closer to home. My former nail lady suddenly quit and shut down permanently to due COVID. I did extensive research on FB, Google and Yelp and made a list of new nail salons to try, along with highly recommended nail techs. Castle Hills Lash & Nail was first on my list! I called and scheduled appointments for myself and a girlfriend. I requested Amy and Tiffany for my friend.
