Castle Barber Shop

Critical: QualityWent to go get a haircut today for a wedding. My normal barber was closed so I decided to try out the only other place that charges 20$. Deeply regret it. Told him exactly what I wanted, gave me the boot leg version. The part curves up and down on my head. The fade (which it honestly isn’t) starts so abruptly that it makes it look like a bowl cut, and the way he shaped of my hair makes my head look like an egg. The barber next to mine knew what he was doing, but the guy in the blue checkered shirt (dimitri) absolutely sucks. Gave two stars cause at least the price wasn’t 25, looking back I would’ve happily paid 30 for a decent cut on an important day.Went to go get a haircut today for a wedding. Went to go get a haircut today for a wedding. My normal barber was closed so I decided to try out the only other place that charges 20$. Deeply regret it. Told him exactly what I wanted, gave me the boot leg version. The part curves up and down on my head. Critical: ProfessionalismFast and good quality – a bit pricy but the grind is respected- but I was given resistance and an attitude from one of the barbers when I wanted to clarify what I was getting. Mind you, I was paying for the service and getting disrespected is not a part of the service.Service: Haircut

I been going to this barbershop for a while now I get my haircuts by Dimitry and he does exactly what I ask for every time great guy and funny its always a pleasure going to castle all the barbers are good I get my haircut by Arik sometimes when Dmitriy is not available he is also a great guy and does what I ask him to do amazing place and the wait time is not that long definitely recommend going to castle.

Critical: ValueI asked for a fade on the sides and all he did was just shave it to a number 2. If you don’t know what a fade is atleast tell me so I won’t have to sit through a haircut I don’t want. Place was clean but bad customer service.
