Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismImpossible to book over the phone, it was absolutely unprofessional. There are several other salons in VA that are easier to book with and more hospitable. I called and asked if they had any openings and the employee who answered the phone kept repeating that they were open, even though that’s not what I was asking. Impossible to book over the phone, it was absolutely unprofessional. There are several other salons in VA that are easier to book with and more hospitable. I called and asked if they had any openings and the employee who answered the phone kept repeating that they were open, even though that’s not what I was asking. Had a pleasant experience on my first visit. The lady greeted me at the front and led me to the room. The atmosphere is wonderful with mild music playing in the background. Everywhere I go I’ve asked for deep tissue massage, boy, they’ve got strength! They know all the pressure points and I felt so alive right after the massage, and they gave me a special for a 2 hour massage too! Highly recommended!
