Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueFirst of all, when I called I made an appointment at 1 for a cut and color. When I arrived I told Amy (salon owner) that I had an appointment. She looked and noticed that I did not. I guess I made the appointment at another location. She was so kind that she still fit me in because she felt bad that I had thought I made my appointment there. I asked for a bob and for my hair to be dyed brown with blonde highlights. She walked me through everything she was doing before she did it. She brought out a book to make sure I got the colors I wanted. She described every color to me and how some have gold tones, yada yada. I’ve never and I mean NEVER have went into a salon and left getting EXACTLY what I asked for. I absolutely love my hair. I think I’ve finally found my go to salon. The only salon I will use now. My hair is the perfect bob that I’ve been wanting. It’s perfect. Amy did a great job!! First of all, when I called I made an appointment at 1 for a cut and color. When I arrived I told Amy (salon owner) that I had an appointment. She looked and noticed that I did not.
