We are new in town and didn’t want to drive to a big city nearby. My wife called to have her hair cut for our anniversary this weekend. She was told that it was the stylists birthday and the stylist couldn’t “verify” if she would be able to cut my wife’s hair tomorrow. Apparently this shop is only open 2 days a week and the store “may or may not” be closed part of the day tomorrow. Sounded like this lady either doesn’t want business or has NO CLUE how to run a business. Pitiful excuse for a business. I don’t care how you sugarcoat that; a business that can’t even verify if it’s going to be open seems “flaky”. After reading the reviews, I’m glad my wife’s going elsewhere. I would also like to add that my wife was just trying to clarify that she could get a haircut. This lady made her feel so bad that my wife is in tears as I write this review. What a horrible human being this stylist! I will NEVER recommend.

Called ahead of time, was told ok to walk-in, but before 2:30pm, because booked up from then on. Arrived at 1:30pm and was turned away as they were all booked up. Thanks Cassie for wasting my time. Not recommended

If you need to look good for something important to you, look else where. If you needed a nice cut to look good for someone who has caught your eye, look else where. She asked if I wanted my side burns trimmed, I said sure and she chopped them off even with the top of my ear lobe but not evenly mind you as one is higher than the other. My neck was cut way way to high and made square like a box. The “finger length” cut on top is almost an inch longer in the front. The “fade” was uneven. I wish someone would put style back into “stylist” and stop just using it as a sales point.Udderly embarrassing. I paid and tipped and now I’ll warn you. Don’t man.

I went in for a one inch trim. Stylist cut past the desired length. Along with leaving it uneven and looks extremely choppy. I am very disappointed with the final result. Critical: PunctualityI showed up to get a cut for my 2 kids and I after hearing on the voicemail that it was walk ins. I was told there was 2 people ahead of me even though one showed up after me. After 45 minutes of waiting, 3 people walking in, and no update from the stylist, or a nod of acknowledgment showing me I existed, I left. Catherine was very rude and making nasty remarks about my looks. Catherine is very rude.
