It’s always a pleasure coming here. Typically they do an awesome job on your nails I’ve only ever had one bad experience where the majority of my nails broke off the next day. I called and informed them and they had me come in and gave me a complete new set at no charge to make things right. Rachel and Jenny are typically my two nail tech I prefer and they do a wonderful job. Also not to forget to mention the atmosphere there is so welcoming and a very clean place.

This place is beautiful! Tina was absolutely amazing took a very long time with me about an hour and 20 mins. Made sure no acrylic material was left on my skin which a lot of places do not take the extra time. Hands down the best manicure I have ever had in my life. I will most definitely be back. 10/10!

This salon is THE ABSOLUTE BEST IN MENOMONEE FALLS. I’ve gone to four other salons since I moved here in 2019 and the others simply do not compare to this one. John has a light/gentle touch which I really appreciate (my cuticles bleed easily) and my nails have never been healthier. Usually, dipping powder last 10 days tops. But since I’ve started getting them done here, they last 3+ weeks and my nails are longer and healthier than they’ve ever been. Everyone who works here is warm and welcoming, and coming here is the best part of my week. <3 THANK YOU SO MUCH CASSIA TEAM.

I been here a couple of times and my favorite person has to be Tina! She does a great job! She made my nails super pretty! They’re the only nail salon that does dip powder correctly. I personally love the outcome.

Third time getting my nails done by Rachel and I am always impressed and satisfied! I drive all the way from Milwaukee just to get my nails done here. They never disappoint and pricing is reasonable. They are usually really busy so it’s important to be on time otherwise you might have to reschedule!

I would not recommend this nail salon to any one especially someone of color. I started going to this nail salon approximately 10 months ago. Someone recommend it and suggested I go to either Tony or Rachel. Tony did my manicures and pedicures my first couple of visits and he did a good job. But I decided after a while I wanted to give Rachel (the owner) a try. I did and she did a great job. She did my manicures approximately 3 times with no issues that I am aware of. Her and I always seemed to have friendly conversations and were always pleasant to one another. Then one day I showed up for an appointment with Rachel and was informed that she was not in due to an emergency. I politely asked the receptionist to please inform me the next time Rachel will not be able to make my schedule appointment prior to my arrival. Someone else did my nails that day and he did a horrible job. I scheduled another appointment with Rachel sometime later. When I showed for that appointment, I was advised that I would be put with someone else due to Rachel running behind schedule. I advised the receptionist that was not acceptable and obviously Rachel did not want to do my nails anymore. I left the salon that day without incident. When I arrived home, I called the salon to speak with Rachel to see if I had offended her in any way in order to get to the root of the problem. I was told Rachel was busy and she will call me back later. The next day the receptionist returned my call. I asked the receptionist if I had done anything to offend Rachel. According to her I had not done anything to offend her. I then asked her to explain why Rachel was passively aggressively refusing to do my nails when I had not offended her in any way and had always tipped her well. She could not give me an answer. There is only one reason I can think of. If you’re reading this you can draw your own conclusion.

This was the most pleasant, professional, and calming environment I ever had. I have been going to nail shops for many many years and have never experienced a candle lit pedicure. Just awesome! I’ll give 3 max stars only because of the pedicure. So my pedicure was absolutely great I love Kelly. This was my first time getting my acrylic nails done here and it was a bad experience. They aren’t shaped like I asked. They point up right towards the sky. Some are crooked. I asked for them to be fixed but when the girls started speaking in their native tongue, I could tell it wasn’t pleasant and there was excuses made about why it was like that. I felt uncomfortable in asking again for them to be reshaped, or even fixed. I’ve had my nails done a million times other places and they never looked like this. I ABSOLUTELY HATE my nails. I was also charged $60 for my pedicure when I chose the $45 package. I realized this after I already left and decided to not even call. I was pretty drained and frustrated at this point. I wouldn’t recommend them for their nails or maybe just that particular nail tech. I still tipped which I wish I wouldn’t have. I’ll be back for the pedicure and I’ll just be sure to look closely at my bill next time. Never ever ever again for my nails though.
