I came to Cassia experiencing hair loss at a young age and the experience here has been great. I am still on going treatments however the staff here is amazing. Everyone makes you feel very welcome and no matter your needs, staff will try to accommodate you as best as possible. For example, i live quite far from the spa so they have become more flexible with me. Very loving and kind people all around. Not only that, my hair loss had improved dramatically. I feel much more confident in myself after a few sessions. This spa definitely deserves the 5 stars. If i could i would give it more.
