Critical: ProfessionalismI thought overall I would rate my experience a 7 out of 10 but since my color and hair grew out; I’ve tried a few times to reschedule. After some talk of they’re soo busy and I made an appointment, the owner called the day of my appointment (2 hours prior) to be exact and she canceled on me…she said 3 places didn’t have my color and she promised to get back to me the Thursday to let me know if the color came in. No phone call….nothing. She should have just told me to GO ELSEWHERE. Well after much thought and prayer over this…I will not return. To me this is very unprofessional. I came home early from camping with my family also which I wasn’t too happy about….at least some notice would have been considerate. It’s almost like me a paying customer has to beg to get my hair done…no, I won’t do it. I thought overall I would rate my experience a 7 out of 10 but since my color and hair grew out; I’ve tried a few times to reschedule.
