I just moved to the are last spring and I’ve tried a couple of different salons. I think I’ve found my favorite. It’s been a rough year so a couple of weeks ago I treated myself to a spa day. I needed my hair trimmed. I was lucky enough to get an appt with Brittany Knight. She’s a magician. I explained (badly) what I wanted, or thought I wanted, and definitely what I didn’t want. She. Nailed. It. I dont know that I’ve ever walked out of salon and gotten exactly what I wanted and especially since I wasn’t even really sure what I wanted to begin with. But wait…there’s more. As she was cutting my hair, I was fascinated by another stylists hair color. So much so that I probably looked like a creepy stalker. My hair was black. And dyed with box dye. Over what is most likely all gray at this point. I finally asked Brittany if she thought we could get my hair to do that. She didn’t even hesitate. Yes we can. I’ll be honest, I didn’t believe her but I made another appt for a color session. It’s absolutely perfect. She did amazing. It’s not EXACTLY like the other stylists but it’s perfect for my skin tone. She took the time to explain the process and was honest about how long it would take. She was friendly and knowledgeable through both appointments.

I have been coming to Cass & Co. for 20+ years. Jess has been my hairstylist since my first appointmenr here. She even did my hair for my wedding, and my mom and sister’s hair. When you see hairstylists grow their skills and continue to stay with the same salon, you know that the business owners are doing somethinf right to keep their employees and their clients happy. It’s a very enjoyable experience and also the trusting feeling knowing that Jess will get me my best look!
