I went to Casey’s Salon for the first time yesterday, April 6, 2013. My experience throughout was fantastic. Casey’s (the owner) customer service skills are top notch. The location was perfect for someone living in the Northwest suburbs. It’s conveniently located right off Highway 169. The ambience in the salon is very serene and filled with warm colors. The amenities she chose will make a customer feel as relaxed as possible. From the music, to the green tea she offered, to the chairs and the hair washing sinks with a head rest so there is no need for neck hovering. And there was even a separate room for eyebrow waxing where you lay down and Casey works her magic. Casey is very personable, listens well and is quite skilled in her craft. I love my new cut and highlights. I even scheduled my next appointment before I left. If you are looking for a new stylist that you want to return to on a regular basis, Casey is definitely someone you want to check out.

Nine months ago I went to Casey to get a digital perm done on my hair. At first I was skeptical to see if it would last, but now after nine months I can say for sure it does. Casey is a professional in her field. The few hours that she worked on my hair, she was very sweet and patient. Actually, at one point I got so hungry and Casey even gave me some snack 🙂 I definitely recommend her, and I am coming back for sure.

I called Casey crying my eyes out because my hair had been ruined.. I had called all salons in the area at 6 pm on a Friday begging for help.. Casey not only welcomed me in, she gave me options and I’m currently in the chair looking forward to the plan we have mutually created to tackle this hair disaster. If I could put a negative review on here I would. I will say this though she is very nice. I went there to get a perm. I had sent her pictures of my hair before and what I wanted it to be. First of all on her website it said it was around $100 but I ended up being charged $255. I was told I needed a hair cut and I didnt want my hair to be too short. Well it was cut very short. Second it did not turn out at all. I had chuncks of hair that were straight and some chunks that were wavy. None of it was curled. I had called up after and sent a picture of what my hair looked like. She said she could show me how to style it but woulodn’t give me a refund and there was nothing else she could do. Do not go there for a perm.

amazing experience, the salon was so clean and aesthetically pleasing. casey was so kind and understanding, knew exactly what to do to fix my bad dye from a few days before and did a great professional job. i got exactly what i wanted and she gave me advice for the future. i would definitely recommend this salon, i’ll be going back for sure
