My eye exam was a totally positive experience!! The tech that worked with me was named Nicole and she was prepared and very patient helping me through the tests and procedures to be ready for my visit with Dr. Hill. I think Nicole is my favorite tech I’ve ever worked with. Very friendly and never in a hurry for answers. Dr. Hill in now my favorite eye doctor as she was friendly and positive and took as much time as necessary to explain or answer questions or concerns. Always interested in anything we were talking about. Great experience working with these two professionals and an easy five star recommendation for both. Thanks!!!!

Dr. Godbole and his assistant were absolutely the best providers I have ever seen in the many years that I have been a patient at Cascade. The assistant was friendly, which was a first for me at Cascade. Dr. Godbole was thorough, gave me an explanation of the issues and answered my questions. Previous assistants and physicians were unfriendly, abrupt and offered no explanations of their findings. I am a retired physician and had actually made an appointment with an ophthalmologist in Tacoma for eye care. When that appointment had to be changed, I decided to try one more time at Cascade. Glad I did.

This is the absolute WORSE place! Got my eye Rx, couldn’t get glasses ordered cuz there is only one person working that part. Came back first thing in the morning and even though it said they open at 8, the glasses section was still closed. Front desk said they are supposed to be open, nothing we can do. NOT the right answer when they are the face of the business. ZERO customer service skills. Please don’t ever go here.
