Called in to get a simple skin check a month ago and scheduled an appointment a month out. Seems to be the norm, so not upset by that. Three weeks passed and I received a text saying my appointment needed to be rescheduled because one of their techs isn’t in that day. This seems foreseeable because it was still a week out from the appointment. I called back and the next earliest appointment was another month out, two months from my original call and a month after the previoulsy scheduled appointment. The receptionist was apathetic at best. I will be going elsewhere since there seems to be no stake held in whether appointments are kept and rescheduling is appropriate in making up for the inconvenience.
