Got a gel manicure here yesterday morning and by yesterday evening both of my thumbs had completely peeled off and multiple nails were chipped. At this point only 5 nails remain with gel on them. The process was very rushed and I knew the manicure wasn’t going to last long a very little attention was paid to the process of a good gel application. It was also very very expensive for the service received. I would call for a refund but am unsure it would be well received based off of the atmosphere of the salon. Do not go here for a quality manicure or pedicure.

This was the worst mani-pedi I have ever received. My friend had been here years ago, before the pandemic, and said it was a decent place. It is nasty now. My friend wanted to spoil herself and requested the top package, which was exorbitantly priced at $110. I went along with it, but they started on her and left me sitting for 15 minutes. We had lots to do that day to get ready for our friend’s wedding, so I asked for the step down, which was still ridiculous at $70. After that, I was treated very poorly. The technicians were pretty obviously making comments about me and their behavior was very condescending and rude. They went out if their way to insult me when I was trying to get paint off my skin saying it was just my “pimple”… aka a mole. No, lady, it’s white paint. They also made comments about my character, saying I “worry too much”, which was extremely odd. Even my friend at that point chimed in, telling them, “actually no, she doesn’t.” What a strange thing to say to someone you don’t even know.

Here having a great experience with Casabella Spa & nails! Kimi my nail tech was amazing. I got a full set today & the shape, length & everything I asked for was perfect. I have also been denied the color pattern I asked for today at other nail salons. Kimi patiently & compassionately understood my request and she pulled it off flawlessly. Needless to say I am a regular for Kimi & Casabella Spa & Nails. Truly give it a try highly recommend. #LouisVuittonRedBottomNailDesign ❤

They definitely over charged me and my daughter 250 for both of us to get our daughter and mom day in mines was a fill and color and toes and hers was a fresh tip manicureour toes was basic to they told us a different price then up charged us i had my baby with me so I needed to get home and didn’t argue with the staff. by the way we only got a 20 second rub of sugar on our legs nothing special at all.then paint on toes.the basic pedicure is 40 bucks so it still dosent add up to 250 buck??

She did a really great job! I get this nail style every time I get my nails done & this is by far the best I’ve seen it done. It’s dip & it’s thin like a real nail with polish on it – it’s literally perfect! I like that she cleaned up my cuticles as well, that doesn’t happen at every salon, but it’s a really nice touch! Well worth the $85! I definitely recommend & will be returning!

As a preface, I’ve gotten my nails done here for the past several years and the majority of experiences have been very good. This last visit, I got one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had so can’t recommend the spa pedi enough. Unfortunately, I also got the worst dip manicure I’ve ever had during the same visit.
