Well Im very picky for my nails. After reviewing couple times decided to go to this place. The moment I stepped in the guy confirmed my appointment and advice to choose a nail color and how id like to do my gel manicure. Once I showed i was choosing the color that I wanted and then a guy came who’s gonna do manicure on my nails. I showed him the picture that I wanted. Here my point of writing this is overall if i have to rate this nail salon it was a nice experience 4/5 but the service that i got as per my experience i think it wasn’t good enough. I felt like he was in a total rush he didn’t give me time to choose glitter when i was choosing my gel polish color. I showed him at the time what nail design i want. He said he does lot of nail designs. Well per my experience then he didn’t get what I wanted or may be as i said he could be in total rush. But there is a hugeeee difference what I showed and what i got. Well have a look by yourself. I didnt expect what i got so that was disappointing nail art otherwise it was a good first experience specially when you’re new to the city.

The WORST nail service I have ever experienced. I just recently moved here and decided to try this place out for the first time. The staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional. The place was not very sanitary (he was using the same nail and cuticle cutter (with dead skin on it and bits of nails still on it) on everyone). After asking him to make my nails longer because he cut them too short (I also said I would pay extra for him having to make them longer), the entire time he was making rude comments, rolling his eyes at me, calling other staff to look at my hands and laugh, judging whatever nail option I chose to do, and when he refused to do the nails I asked for, I said I would go somewhere else and he tried to argue with me that it was my fault. Disgusted at the service. I walked out with this.

I love Casabella! All of the technicians here are so attentive and kind. They listen to what you want and work very hard to make sure you are pleased with your results! Justin is so wonderful with my daughter and always goes the extra mile to make her feel special. It’s such a treat for us to spend time here. Highly recommend!! Pedicure

Not impressed with the service I received. I’ve used this place for other services, but first time for nails. Although People are nice, the lady seemed to be in a hurry to finish; the water was cold where she placed my fingers in, no lotion around the fingernails after removing the cuticles, and she was leaving cuticles around my fingernails, I had to ask her to remove it.
