I went on Saturday to get my nail done they are nice but I asked the tech to make them shorter he told me no that they look better long and I was his model. I am now having a hard time doing anything. Anyway they charge more for the length and was charged $140 dollars for just my nails. I also took my daughter with me and she got dip I thought it was going to be $140 for both of us. When I went to pay I was charged 185 dollars total. Like I do not mind paying but when the nail tech tells you that he can not do my nails shorter that makes me wonder if that was done so they can charge me more. Now am stuck with very pretty nails but I can’t do anything. I use to love this nail shop but I was very upset and felt bad saying anything when I was there but am having a hard time and I paid way to much for these nails. I have never ever paid so much its crazy that anyone would want to pay that much for nails. I will never go back didn’t even really leave any room to really tip.

I’ve gotten a gel pedicure once before at this nail salon that went well so I was excited to come back and be a regular customer. However, I had a terrible experience and will not be going back. On my way to the nail salon, I got two calls from the front desk saying there weren’t any nail technicians available for either my scheduled pedicure or dip powder manicure. Since I was almost there already, I decided to wait. It took an hour.

Really nice service! Still took me in despite 30 minutes before closing, nails are done pretty good. 1 or 2 nails are a little crooked but its fine since it was almost closing time. Really enjoyed the experience! Dip powder

Usually like going here until today. They did my nails and I was waiting for about 20 minutes to do my toes. I then asked how many more minutes and they say 10 while other people who got there after got attended first. I said I would go elsewhere and didn’t even get an apology.

Very comfortable nail salon, it’s so pretty inside and I always have perfect nails when I leave. I’ve been coming here for years now and now I live a little farther away but I keep coming back here because to me they’re the best ☺️ Gel manicures

I always set up a appointment online. (If you don’t your your taking a chance waiting couple hours). I personally try and get Liz she’s my favorite, she does amazing work and she’s usually always there! But I’ve not been disappointed by any tech who has done my nails or feet/toes. Even my eyelash extension experience was fun there just not for me.
