After moving here from CA. I needed to get my nails done. I did try some other nail salons but there work was let’s just say not great. I went to Casa Blanca to try them out. I needed a pedicure the first time I went. Love the dedication to detail and the hot towel wrap. Then a couple weeks later went for a gel manicure. So fantastic great shaping of the natural nails and application of the actual gel polish.

Critical: Quality, ValueI went in for a gel fill and was charged $60, which is outrageous compared to other places I have been. I looked at their website afterwards and I should have actually only been charged $55, which isn’t much of a difference but still annoying based on the poor quality of service I received. The tech who did my nails was slow, made me bleed, couldn’t understand the shape I was going for, didn’t seem to know how the UV light worked, and blamed me for messing up one of my nails even when she was constantly slinging my hand around. I am not picky at all when it comes to my nails and am typically happy with whatever, but this tech should be ashamed of charging so much for awful work. My first time here and they were amazing! Really friendly & sweet staff, didn’t rush my manicure at all and thankfully it still didn’t take forever. Today was the worst experience by far. The energy was rude and standoffish because I had preferences. Typically I prefer Christi to do my nails because I never have issues afterwards. My last visit a month ago I had to settle for a different tech for my sns dip and literally the next day all of my nails were chipping. I was so frustrated I just took them all off and let it be. After a month I came in today thinking I would be able to get my normal tech and a nice pedicure because they’re never packed out anyhow. The pedicure was by far the worst ever. I have acrylic and a tip on my big toe because I am particular about the shape the guy didn’t speak an ounce of English for me to explain how particular I am while he was doing the worst job and not at all what I prefer. My cuticles were clipped so amateur and I know this because there should have been far more clipped after a month without a pedicure — they still feel rough. He acted as if he was scared to shape / drill my big toe for a fill and I didn’t even finish the pedicure. However they still charged me $38 after saying it would only be $33. Second issue was the tech for my nails that I prefer having an appointment which I understand / respect and was willing to wait but her appointment didn’t show so assuming that would give me the spot right ? No instead she said she would be leaving… which is insane because if you had the appointment set anyhow and they didn’t come why not give it to an individual that is PRESENTLY there at that appointment time.

Today was my first visit here, but I will definitely be going back! I don’t always enjoy getting pedicures (although they’re always worth it in the end) but I honestly enjoyed mine today! I also had my nails dipped and am very pleased with the results! Hanna was my nail technician. Thong also did my friends nails. There was a slight mix up in the design we wanted, however, we were both pleased with our end result.

My daughter had her acrylics filled and I had a pedicure. Her nails came out great but very pricey, $60 for a fill not a new set. The pedicure was rushed, the tech got up to help other people several times, and the polish is spotty. Staff was friendly, salon was clean, and my daughter’s nails look great which is why I’m giving 3 stars.

They do amazing work! I always get pink and whites and they last much longer. I was just there on December 26th and the tech was almost done but he noticed a very small black spot in the white on my left pinkie nail and he used the drill to get rid of it but it made a dent in my nail. He took the time to reapply a little white and make it perfect again! You always get what you pay for especially with nail salons. They are a little more expensive than what I’m used to but they have business!!
