I have been using this service since May 2022. Lavenia is awesome. She is very attentive and customer oriented. She is a master at what she does. My experience with estheticians has been good but not as detailed as she is. They do not hold a candle to her service. She has made a difference with the texture of my skin. WORSE EVER. I did various cool sculpting procedures at this place. Each time they were more and more pushy. They overdid it to keep charging me. Should have trusted my instincts that something was off. They left my body deformed. The owner tried to help and could not fix it but kept promising they would take care of me. Empty promises. They sold the spa and I was left with no help and being referred to the new owners. The new owners were awful. Both the husband and wife got on the phone with me blaming me and the previous owner and were even rude with their words. They did absolutely nothing. Previous and current owners alike. If I could rate negative 10000000 stars I would. Plastic surgery can’t even fix what they did to me. I will gladly share details of my experience privately.

Had to give you a star just so I could give this review. You should be ashamed of your work. People spend lots of money for procedures and when their left for weeks worth of paralysis and counting due to bad botox injections not only should they be refunded but you should be covering their medical attention. Is there even an actual Nurse, PA or Dr on staff? You people are so wrong and need more knowledge of what you’re doing this is a humans face she went there to feel better about herself now she is having to hide.

I initially went in for cool sculpting and I did not see the results I thought I would see. The owner, Cassie, met with me personally to review my concerns and provided extra treatments at no charge. While there, the staff was so friendly and the brochures were so informative I decided to become a member that consists of a monthly facial. my skin feels terrific! I have been very happy with the customer service, their guarantee to stand behind their product and work with you until you are satisfied.
