Critical: QualityErin did my hair on November 23 and when I got home I immediately made another appt with someone else to fix it. I asked for a blonde balayage, so I could have lighter hair with lower maintenance. Attached is a photo of how my hair turned out. As you can see, it is extremely orange and not blonde at all. This picture was taken a few days after getting it done and this is the exact color I had when I walked out of the salon that day. You can’t see it in this picture, but I also had strong orange money pieces that looked absolutely terrible. I have never been so upset with my hair. I called to speak to a manager and explain how badly my hair was done and no one ever called me back. Erin did my hair on November 23 and when I got home I immediately made another appt with someone else to fix it. I asked for a blonde balayage, so I could have lighter hair with lower maintenance. I have long,straight, one length, fine blonde hair, andneeded a good trim. Some stylists are notskilled at cutting fine, one length hair so I spoketo the receptionist and explained what I waslooking for. I also said I didn’t want a wash orblow dry and just wanted a “wet cut”. I asked ifsomeone would do that and asked the price.She recommended Theresa. During my firstvisit, I knew instantly I was in good hands! I waslucky to get her. She only works 2 days a week.My cost was $37 (plus tip) for a wet cut, which is reasonable.
