Third time getting my nails done here and every time they have beeb exactly what I wanted! Love that they do designs and they always come out fantastic! Went with my mom and daughters today and got two fills, three pedicures, and two eyebrows and we are all very happy with the service!

This place is terrible. My teen had appointments with her friends for homecoming but they continued to take walk ins ahead of them then rushed the job so terribly that every single nail had something wrong with it. Being a teen she didn’t know she was allowed to make them redo it, but honestly she shouldn’t have had to. If they were just treated with a little bit of respect it wouldn’t have been an issue. Shame on you. Teen money is just as valuable as adult money.

Sidney is the best nail tech! Can’t recommend her enough! She cares and listens to what you ask for. NQ Nails is a new nail salon at this location. I’ve been going to Sidney for the past couple years and am so happy she started her own nail salon. You will be happy with your decision to get your nails done here! My nails last weeks and never chip or lift. Highly recommend!

I’ve been to this nail salon a few times and never had any issues. I’ve always called ahead to check the wait time and never had to wait. Today I went in and was told 5-10 mins on the phone after driving for 5 mins and parking and picking a color I sat for a minute and got service. I didn’t even notice how long I was in the water without service since I was using my phone I realized I was in the water for almost 20 minutes without anyone servicing me or speaking to me to let me know they are behind. It’s a shame because this salon is one of the cleanest and nicest nail salons in Cary but I just won’t be a returning customer after this.

Very disappointed. I went to cary nails and other salons in past. After two days my no chip acrylic nails chipped.(4 of them). They repaired last Monday. By today, two nails lifted and broke off and all are chipped now or polish peeled off. Excellent pedicure and eyebrows but my daughters are also all chipped. Never have had happen before.

Positive: QualityI have been going here for years and am never disappointed! Acrylics have never chipped in the many times ive gotten them done, and the only time one broke (my fault, slammed my nail on a box) they took me in right away to fix it on short notice. They also do great at eyebrow waxing!

I just moved to the area and this was the first nail salon I tried out and I won’t be back. The lady who did my nails was on the phone the entire time so that tells you where her head was. It’s been 6 days and my no chip is chipping. Also, she didn’t put any lotion on my hands at the end. Not sure if that’s normal here, but every salon I have ever been to puts lotion on at the end so I was surprised. I was also surprised by the price. I moved from the city and it was $10 more for me to get a no-chip mani & regular pedicure. Like I said, I won’t be back.
