Cartino nails located within the shop center on 189 E wears valley Rd #20 ,Pigeon Forge, TN 37863. Our implements are medically sterilized and disinfected after each use. Buffers and files are used only once then discarded. All pedicure procedures are done with liner protection. And above all, staffs are trained to follow a proper sanitization protocol that puts clients hygiene as the number one priority. We have an excellent group of nail technicians with years of experience and friendly. Our salon is dedicated to bringing the top of the line products mixed with expert technique to the nail salon industry. We visited Cartino Nails during a weekend vacation. This place is amazing! They got us right in. The people are so sweet and do an amazing job. The pedicure was amazing in a very serene environment. It feels like you’re at the spa! They did a beautiful job on my nails. Very accommodating and really care about your wants and needs. 100/10 will be back!!

What a treat!!! This nail salon is a hidden treasure. My mother, young daughter, and I got luxury pedicures in the back room which was so beautiful & relaxing. The massage chairs have great pressure. The staff was so personable and engaging. I highly recommend Cartino Nail & Spa for the ambiance and the incredible staff. I wasn’t expecting this!! The ambience was great along with the awesome technicians. I came with my friend. I had Tina for my pedicure and I tell you she was awesome. We did not encounter anything that we did not like by the time we arrived we were greeted and treated like valued customers. I’m from Jacksonville, Florida and this salon I hold at high esteem. Went in for a spur of the moment pedicure. Brian was extremely nice and gave an amazing pedicure. Got the deluxe and had the hot stones massage for the first time and it was so relaxing. The environment was quiet and I loved the cycling ocean video they had on the big screen. It all created a lusciously peaceful atmosphere. Worth every penny!

♀️ I picked my color sat down in the chair and ask my nail technician to simply do her own thing. The eyebrows of mine are lovely as well (most of all). I sipped my wine and let her work and she did just that!!! I loved the experience the environment is peaceful so we’re the people that came in for service. If you are in the area this where you want to go plus they have full body waxing menu as well for those of you who seem to like having your bodily hair “SNATCHED” ♀️ just saying. I love Tennessee so far☺. I am on my way to the French River Bye for now!

On vacation, found this little gem!! Great spot for a group of people to get pedicures together. They accommodated 4 people at one time with no notice. The spa was beautiful! The pedicure was very thorough and relaxing. Loved the hot stones!! Staff was very sweet and accommodating!! Would suggests the Luxury pedicure!

Absolutely amazing service!! Me and my mom were in town for a girls trip and since we go every 2 weeks for mani pedis we figured we’d do it while here. The google reviews brought us here! They were absolutely wonderful! Services were phenomenal and the facility was amazing! If it was feasible we’d come here every 2 weeks.

I read tons of reviews and after such great comments and high ratings I chose them. I get there and go back for a pedicure within 5 minutes. I chose the Spa pedi even though it was $20 higher than back home. I wanted some relaxation after a 7 hour drive. The lady was doing a great job but toward the end a lady came in with 4 kids. They came to the back playing with the massage chairs, eating snacks, and playing videos on a phone loud. When I questioned the lady about letting them back there she acted like she didn’t understand. So my relaxation was out the door! I went out front to do my nails. It took the guy FOREVER!! I was the only one there too! He cut my nails shorter than I asked. The instruments and tables were dirty! Nothing about sanitation like mentioned on their page of everything being cleaned before use. He was digging dirt instruments out of the drawer! It took over an hour to do my nails which should’ve been done in an hour because the lady had them soaking during my pedicure. My biggest shock was the price I paid! My total was $105! I know it is a vacation spot but this was not a high class spa. I chose the extra service for my feet but $55 for my nails was outrageous!! I only pay $30 back home for 2 colors and the highest with acrylics $45. This was not a $55 manicure! The color is pretty but not worth it! And I got a toe infection from the dirty instruments! If you care about sanitation don’t go! Oh, and I still tipped $10 to that!

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! So many complaints for a place with such great reviews. I paid $230 before tip for a gel mani/pedi and a full set/pedi for my preteen daughter. See pictures of my gel manicure today – 5 days later. Polish started lifting on Day 3. I’ve had many gel manis prior and this was unlike any other – I didn’t see any primer used and he never baked any of my nails for longer than 30 seconds. The first question I asked when I walked in is if they do nail art was told absolutely. 2 Different techs tried a standard white hibiscus flower and had to remove and redo the nail resulting in no nail art. After 20 min wasted they still charged me $20 extra for getting 4 flat colors and each tech complained about it during each service. Pedicurist did a great job removing my ingrown toenail but they focused more on the leg scrub and stones than actually servicing my feet. No sloughing or callous removal. I did opt for the deluxe pedi btw. My daughters set is pretty, but I’d authorized what I was paying for before starting her nails and they allowed her to request extra nail art (4 simple 🙂 in white was $20) and pushed gel polish instead of regular for her acrylics and proceeded to charge me the $35 for her extras. I’d also made our appointment for us to be serviced together, but had to sit out of ear shot and wait while they did her nails before starting mine. We were in the salon over 3 hours. I am very dissatisfied. Not a welcoming environment either; we definitely will not come back here.
