highly do not recommend. i went in to get acrylics removed thinking they would wrap my fingers with acetone and then buff off the rest. instead, she used another fake nail and dug it under my acrylics to then pop off the fake nail. the small pieces of acrylic that did not pop off were left and are still currently stuck to my nails. not only was this painful but left my nails looking ruined. she then “touched up my cuticles” which was just dipping my hand in warm water then painting a clear coat over it. never had such a poor experience at a nail salon.

I highly recommend this for all men and women! Phillip and Hannah are amazing very nice and polite and go above and beyond to make sure you are taken well care of you will not leave dissappinted! Also I have never seen a Nail Spa as beautiful inside as this one! The Manicures are done up front and the Pedicures are seperated in the back with nice lower light and beautiful music with a nice tv. Just stop thinking about it and come get your nails done!!!!

I had originally given them a 5 star review but after many times coming here i was so turned off after my last experience I won’t be back. I went in to have my gel removed. The guy didn’t soak them at all and dremelled it off destroying my nails. Then I went to pay and it was $10. I didn’t have cash on me and they have a $15 minimum for credit cards which isn’t posted anywhere nor was I told when I made the appointment for a service they know only costs $10. After going there for months I would have appreciated not having to argue to use my credit card. I don’t spend money places that don’t actually care about there customers.

Please see my review for the Rehoboth one. I did not realize that I had put it under the Rehoboth one but I have been a patron here for about a year, and they are probably the most expensive nail salon I’ve ever been to… Not just in Delaware but also in Pennsylvania, where our main residence is. I actually normally wait until I get down to Delaware so I can go to cartinos but their prices have only going up even more and their service has gone down. Unless you get Jen or Amy or Nina, I cannot see justifying paying what we pay for a manicure. I was told that dip takes less time and less skill than a full set of acrylics and so they couldn’t do that for me so I went with the dip but they charge you more for the dip. $62, and the gentleman that did my nails had to take off nails that Jen had originally did which were acrylic overlay, but they were on so well that he was practically pulling my nail bed up and making me bleed. I don’t know why he decided not to soak them in acetone first. He just tried to get them off with the edge of another acrylic nail. On top of that I only got an express pedicure nothing with any fanciness to it and that was almost $40. They put me with a new girl who was very sweet but also very much a novice. I still tipped both of them well and I sort of wish I didn’t, because I’m not going back now. I will wait and get my nails done here in Pennsylvania. Very disappointing. With an express pedicure and a full set of dip along with tip I paid $120. On top of that they don’t take Discover or American Express, they don’t allow tipping on the credit card, and lots of the people in there cannot do all of the functions so you can’t always get what you want because they might not have the time to do something or have the people with the skills to do it. This is you and is also annoying with the prices going up so astronomically. I will not be coming back, especially after calling, accidentally calling the Rehoboth location where they were so rude to me.
